(Washington, D.C.) — HORNING welcomes veteran real estate operations and property management executive Alicia Morgan as Vice President of Property Management to oversee and lead the management of its portfolio of residential, retail, and mixed-use communities throughout the Washington, D.C. region.

Morgan brings more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of property management including operations, lease ups, development, acquisitions, sales and marketing, supervision and training.

Morgan joins Horning from PIRHL Development Company where she was responsible for the management and performance of 9,000 units, lease ups, asset management and operations performance.  Prior to PIRHL, she was at Edgewood/Vantage Management where she was responsible for the management and performance of 6,000 units that included a range of asset types from Tax Credit/Blended to Luxury A Class and B Class Mixed-Use communities.

She has also held senior positions at A&R Companies in Baltimore as well as at companies in Houston and Chicago.

She holds an undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University.
