Barry Marlin
Controller
Barry serves as Controller at Horning, where he oversees accounting operations and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy, transparency, and strong internal controls. He works closely with teams across the organization to ensure financial processes support long-term stability and informed decision-making.
Prior to joining Horning, Barry was an Accounting Manager at Federal Realty Investment Trust, where he managed property and development accounting for a portfolio of retail and mixed-use assets. He began his career as an auditor at CohnReznick LLP, building a strong foundation in financial analysis and compliance.
Barry holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports and spending time with his wife and daughter.
