Dwarren serves as Regional Service Manager at Horning, where he leads maintenance operations across his portfolio, overseeing capital projects, renovations, and physical condition assessments. He works closely with on-site teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a high standard of service across all communities.
With more than 12 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Dwarren has held a range of service roles, including Porter, Service Manager, Floating Service Manager, and Maintenance Recruiter. Prior to joining Horning, he spent seven years as a Floating Service Manager with Equity Residential, supporting communities across the Washington, DC metro area.
Outside of work, Dwarren enjoys exploring new restaurants, spending time outdoors, and working on cars. He also enjoys racing at local tracks, a hands-on hobby that helps him unwind and stay sharp.
