We are delighted to announce the promotion of Andrew Vincent to Chief Investment Officer at Horning. Andrew Vincent joined Horning in 2018 as a Vice President of Development and during his tenure, he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory through strategic acquisitions and developments. Andrew oversaw Trio at Stanton Square, a 121-unit LIHTC community, and Townes at Stanton Square, 42 for-sale townhomes, both in Ward 8, and a commercial development in Frederick.  He led the acquisition of Horning's first warehouse, the Lottsford, diversifying the company’s portfolio.  Recognizing the importance of effective asset management, Andrew also created a dedicated department to maximize investment performance and optimize returns. In his new role as CIO, Andrew is responsible for spearheading the strategic direction of our investment initiatives, development, acquisitions, asset management, capital projects, and our commercial portfolio. His wealth of experience and a keen eye for strategic opportunities make him the perfect leader for our investment endeavors and continued growth.
