Nigel Good serves as Regional Property Manager at Horning, where he oversees multifamily communities throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. With more than 13 years of multifamily property management experience, Nigel brings a collaborative, resident-focused approach to building strong teams and creating communities where people are proud to call home.
Before joining Horning, Nigel led operations for multifamily communities throughout the Baltimore-Washington DC region, building a reputation for operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and team development. His leadership is grounded in the belief that strong communities are built through trust, consistency, and meaningful connections.
Outside of work, Nigel enjoys attending live concerts, exploring outdoor events, cooking, and hosting gatherings with friends at home. He also loves spending time with his six-year-old Goldendoodle, Fendi. An avid Mariah Carey fan, Nigel believes great music, like great communities, has the power to bring people together.
