Amber serves as Vice President of Property Management at Horning, where she leads the Property Management and Compliance divisions and oversees a portfolio of 31 assets totaling nearly 5,000 units across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. She leads with integrity and a strong commitment to empowering her teams, driving performance while ensuring a high-quality experience for residents.
With more than a decade of experience in multifamily housing, Amber brings a deep understanding of both operations and performance. Prior to joining Horning, she managed communities across six states with Village Green.
Outside of work, Amber is passionate about the arts and shared experiences. She has attended more than 300 concerts, enjoys theater and professional wrestling, and collects tiki mugs while exploring tiki bars across the country with her husband.
