Fredy serves as Vice President of Facilities and Maintenance at Horning, where he leads efforts to preserve and enhance the company’s portfolio through thoughtful, proactive asset management. He works closely with teams across the organization to ensure properties are well-maintained, operating efficiently, and positioned for long-term success.
Prior to joining Horning, Fredy held leadership roles at Winn Residential and Clark Realty, where he oversaw facilities operations for a large portfolio across the Mid-Atlantic region. His experience managing complex systems and teams has shaped his practical, detail-oriented approach to maintenance, capital planning, and continuous improvement.
Fredy is passionate about building strong teams and creating systems that empower staff to do their best work. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer, traveling, singing, and spending time with his family, and is committed to continuous learning and personal growth.
