Andrew Vincent

Chief Investment Officer

Andrew serves as Chief Investment Officer at Horning, where he oversees development and acquisitions, asset management, capital projects, and the company’s commercial portfolio. He plays a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy, ensuring investments support both long-term performance and meaningful community impact.

Prior to joining Horning, Andrew served as Director of AHC Greater Baltimore, where he led the acquisition and development of 1,500 apartment homes for low-income residents. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Associate at Booz Allen, advising clients including the Department of Energy’s Nuclear Decommissioning Program and NASA. 

Andrew holds a BA in Economics from Carleton College and an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He is actively involved in the community, serving on the board of Wesley Housing as Chair of the Real Estate Development Committee and on the Leadership Council for the Partnership to End Homelessness. 

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys hiking, traveling, and taking on the challenge of fixing things that break—often with projects coming his way from his wife and kids.
