Nikki serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Horning, where she leads talent strategy, organizational development, and people-focused initiatives that support both business goals and employee growth. She is a trusted advisor to leadership and is committed to building a culture where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
With more than 15 years of experience across nonprofit, government-adjacent, property management, and high-growth environments, Nikki brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to human capital. She has led impactful initiatives in talent development and organizational growth, helping to strengthen culture and drive long-term success.
Nikki holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management and is SHRM-CP certified. Outside of work, she is a passionate sports fan, especially basketball and football, and played basketball in college, an experience that continues to fuel her team-first mindset.
