Elliot Faulkner serves as Director of Asset Management at Horning, where he oversees asset management strategies that support the long-term performance and growth of the company's portfolio. Drawing on more than 25 years of institutional investment experience, Elliot brings a strategic perspective shaped by leadership roles in asset management, portfolio management, and investment strategy across domestic and international markets.
Since joining Horning in 2026, Elliot has focused on aligning investment strategy with the company's long-standing commitment to strengthening communities and creating lasting value. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Outside of work, Elliot enjoys working outdoors in the landscape and is an avid soccer enthusiast. He can often be found in the garden with a soccer podcast playing, digging endlessly for no apparent reason.
