Regional Property Manager

Heidy serves as Regional Property Manager at Horning, where she oversees a portfolio of properties across Washington, DC, including both conventional and HUD housing. She partners closely with Property and Service Managers to support daily operations, bringing a collaborative, hands-on approach that helps teams stay aligned and communities run smoothly.

With more than 22 years of experience in property management, Heidy brings deep expertise in budgeting, vendor management, strategic planning, and team leadership. Her steady leadership and people-first mindset allow her to navigate complex operations while maintaining a strong focus on both team success and resident experience. 

Heidy holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University, an Accredited Residential Manager designation, and Inclusionary Zoning certification. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, traveling, and spending time with her daughters, creating meaningful memories and embracing new experiences together.
