Lekeisha Vone
Director of Commercial Operations
Lekeisha serves as Director of Commercial Operations at Horning, overseeing the day-to-day management and financial performance of the company’s commercial portfolio, which includes approximately 400,000 square feet of mixed-use assets. She brings a wealth of experience from her work with Lincoln Property Company and Brookfield Office Properties, applying strategic oversight to enhance operations and community impact.
In her role, Lekeisha ensures operational excellence, drives process improvements, and supports her teams in delivering strong financial and operational results. She is a candidate for the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation with BOMI International and a member of Women in Retail Real Estate (WIRRE). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Business Law and Public Policy from the University of Maryland University College.
Outside of work, Lekeisha enjoys gardening and experimenting with growing her own food, which she loves sharing with family and friends.
