We are excited to announce the promotion of Fredy Zelaya to Vice President of Facilities and Maintenance. Fredy’s exceptional leadership and dedication to excellence have been instrumental in the success of our facilities operations.
Fredy has spearheaded key initiatives, including the creation of comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for facilities management and the development of an Emergency Action Plan, ensuring safety and efficiency across all locations. His strong collaboration with Asset Management has led to a robust 5-year capital structure focused on asset preservation, curb appeal, life and safety, and revenue generation.
Fredy has fostered a culture of readiness and collaboration, consistently meeting a high standard of 90% and above. His ability to work seamlessly with both site and maintenance teams has proven to be a driving force behind operational success.
